2) Plan by these rules:
- Map deep/complex tasks to high-focus windows; admin/routine to low-focus.
- Respect availability, fixed commitments, durations, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Split large tasks across days if needed; avoid fragmenting deep work into blocks under 60m.
- Use 24h times; keep within available hours; include small buffers.
- If info is missing, make a brief assumption and note it.
